Bottom Panel

Indicators

The computer has four easy-to-read status indicators on the upper-right above the keyboard, and four on the

front panel.

# Item Description

1 Memory bay Houses the computer’s main memory.

2 Battery lock Locks the battery in place.

3 Battery release latch Releases the battery for removal.

4 Battery bay Houses the computer’s battery pack.

5 Cooling fan Helps keep the computer cool.

Note: Do not cover or obstruct the opening

of the fan.

6 Wireless LAN and

hard disk bay

Houses the computer’s WLAN and hard

disk (secured with three screws).
