Mail Configuration

The Mail Configuration screen is a subsection of the Configuration group. This page

configures the SMTP parameters. The ARMC card sends out E-mail alerts using the

SMTP protocol. The ARMC card tries the second mail server if it cannot contact the first

mail server. Some SMTP servers also require a valid From Address to send out mail. You

can use the From Address fields to specify a valid address that your mail server will

accept. The following table describes the information listed in this subsection in detail:

IP Address of mail

server 1

This field allows you to enter your primary SMTP outgoing mail

server’s IP address or host name.

From Address to use This field allows you to enter an account that is configured on the

primary SMTP outgoing mail server.

IP Address of mail

server 2

This field allows you to enter your secondary SMTP outgoing mail

server’s IP address or host name.

From Address to use This field allows you to enter an account that is configured on the

secondary SMTP outgoing mail server.

Save Button This button allows you to save your configuration.
