The motherboard has a full set of I/O ports and connectors:

z Two PS/2 ports for mouse and keyboard

z One serial port

z One VGA port

z One HDMI port

z One ESATA port

z Four USB ports

z One LAN port

z One optical SPDIFO port

z Audio jacks for microphone, line-in and 6/8-channel (optional) line-out

BIOS Firmware

The motherboard uses AMI BIOS that enables users to configure many system features including the

following:

z Power management

z Wake-up alarms

z CPU parameters

z CPU and memory timing

The firmware can also be used to set parameters for different processor clock speeds.
